Anyone who would like to learn the basics in First Aid to gain a certificate in Emergency First Aid at Work
Qualification / Certificate received
Certification and a handy credit card sized confirmation of the course completion

The main points covered will be tested at the end of the course
Can the course be failed?
It is highly unlikely that a delegate can fail the course. All areas of the course must be completed to gain the certification.
Typical start and finish time each day
9am to around 4pm
Venue information
Around 15 minutes from junction 10 of the M54 and around 15 minutes from Telford Central train station by taxi. Parking is provided free of charge within an on-site car park. The building is easy to locate following local tourism signs to the Jackfield Tile Museum and signage will direct you to The Mill Building within the museum grounds. We have facilities for disabled access.
Venue facilities
Refreshments (tea/coffee/biscuits) are included for all courses. Lunch is included for CITB courses only however there is a cafe on site in the museum grounds and a couple of pubs within short walking distance serve food at lunch time during the summer months.
